Ensueño Cubano

As a first generation Cuban-American, there is a version of Cuba that I will only ever know through the stories I’ve heard from my family. Ensueño Cubano is my way of not only connecting to a culture that feels lost through so many years of oppression and hard times, but sharing it with the community in the greater Boston area that I love so much. My ensueño (dream) is to continue to grow what Cuban food is with deep respect to the tradition.
